WebService Publishing failed

Following the procedure in [^], I created a webservice in FW 3.0. I got seveal problems:
1) When I run the project, I got a port number (e.g. 30758). I don't know if there is a way to set up the port number.
2) I can view the results through http://localhost:30758/WebService_1/Service.asmx when the project is open.
3) I published the project in c:/inet/wwwroot: http://localhost/Tests/WebService_1. Then I can see it in the IIS Manager tree.
4) In the IIS Manager, I right-click the service > Manager Application > Browse, it results in the page: http://localhost/Tests/WebService_1/WebService_1/ with the message: Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE/TESTS/WEBSERVICE_1/WEBSERVICE_1.
It appears to be that I did something incorrect on the DEFAULT WEB SITE. How ca this error be corrected? Thanks if you can share your experience.
