adding sound to c# project.

so heres the thing..........i am making tic tac toe....i am really a beginner in this and am trying to do it although i have almost done it when suddenly i get an idea but guess what i dont know how to do it.....i want to add sound in it so that when the player wins it announces player 1 wins or player 2 wins......i have got the audio file but i dont know how to add this voice to c#.........plz tell me as i dont know anything about sound in c# cause i dont......Thanks in advance......
