to manage navigation in asp.net tree view is best option . i implement a template to my web application but no css or jquery js for that tree view. i am using tree view but its style is quiet boring i want to make it responsive and fine where i can find css js or jquery of it? i search on google but didnt find.

There are a number of treeview plugins in jQuery as well as some other javsacript libraries. You can try those to beautify your treeview. Following link may help you find a plugin for you:

It is entirely up to you how you make your treeview responsive. The best responsive control is the one which is working as per client's requirements/expectations.
