Every started financial year Bill number is generate from 1 Number

Hello Every One

I am create invoice system but my problem is when i create Bill number in new financial year my bill number is continue to last year . i don't continue last number i start from 1 number.

Please solve it my problem.. ASPS

if possible to solveing at Sql Server Database side...

Solution 1

Just store somehow your 'last year bill number' (or simply your 'last bill number') and increment it. It doesn't look a daunting task.

That's because, at the moment, your code is wrong. However, nothing prevents you in fixing it.
