Solution 3

First of All do check that DLL should be added up in BIN folder.. try to remove and re-add it...

Than add up a script manager in your page i.e. design side.. and than rebuild the application.. HOpe so that gonna work well....

place ajax tool script Manager on your aspx page

then give reference in bin folder for ajaxControlKit.dll
