ListSubscription Method in Reporting Services 2010

I am trying to consume the ListSubscription through the Reporting Services 2010 web services into a web application. I have given the report URL as 'SubArry = rs.ListSubscriptions(@"http:\\localhost\Reports_SQLSERVER2008");'.
My intention is to list out the subscriptions for a particular report which is deployed in SSRServer.

But I am getting soap exception saying something wrong with the URL given.(The path must be less than 260 characters long and must not start with slash. Other restrictions apply.)
Can anyone of you explain the usage of ListSubscription ?
