Unable to Edit Autopopup delay timer of Tooltip Having image

Hello all,
I am working on a project where i need to show tooltip with male or female image,
I already written code for that, My problem is only to show it as long as the mouse is on the control.
I tried wit AutoPopupDelay = 99999999;
But its not working
