How to play wav, mp3 files in C or C++?

Hi,
My self Ritesh Goswami and I want a code so that I can play wav or mp3 file in C or C++.
So please help me.
It is urgent.

I think its not possible, for playing mp3 there need dll file to decode the mp3 file , for handling a dll file the programming language must have api interface support, so it is not possible in borland c++
