Publishing PSD to standard html and css using twitter bootstrap

Hi everyone

I am new to bootstrap and want to publish a design to standard html and css using bootstrap.

I am having confusion while using bootstrap.

Do i have to customize the bootstrap according to my need. I mean fonts and images and all

other sorts of design except the grids.

If there is an example of publish code please share so that i will get info.
