ASP.NET registration wizard in mvc4

Im trying to build a user registration wizard which collects
trace information like IP address browser version etc...
it has a captcha field
it also has a password.

Can someone please point me to get me started here.

That's a very big question. Generally we answer questions about problems. Have a google, try something and come back if you get stuck.

Go find you answer on the internet. If you run into problems with specific pieces of code or something post a question about that. Questions about an entire solution don't make sense.
