How to store comrehensive questions in databse

Hi,
I want to create Website for Online assessment for objective questions. I am able to store questions using excel sheet. but problem is, how can I store comprehensive question in database & what will be the best way to display these questions to candidate who is taking an assessment.

When answering a question please:

Solution 1

Both your problems could be soved just reading good tutorials on your favourite database and on building GUIs with your favourite programming language.

I would suggest you to use SearchBox[^] with quiz or survey as an input. There are tons of examples.
