Adding existing templates in asp.net

I made web application in asp.net 4.0 , i'm not good in designing side like CSS, javascript, Jquery, Ajax etc.i'm good in programming C#. i have some downloaded css website templates, finally i need a colorful website can any 1 helps me to use finite css template and add to asp.net master page and make my website colorful.

Could someone help me how to do that?

Its very broad topic which cant be explained in single answer. You have to learn the things you need to design it and then only you can complete this.
