have a good time
i use windows7 x64 and i write a project in MFC.
how can i compile my project in this OS that will run in Windows XP SP3 x86?

Compile on the development machine for the X86 target platform.
Have a .Net runtime on the XP PC.
Test, test, test...
BTW: Did you check how long XP is supported by Microsoft?

Yes, I was very busy the last couple of months and the outlook is not very promising that I can spend substantial time on CP this year... :-( I nonetheless allow myself to peep into CP once in a while ;-)
