Team Foundation Server 2012 – Install & Configure

Hi,

I am beginner in Team Foundation Server, i am trying to install and configure team foundation server on windows server 2008. It prompts error that you need Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher.

I installed Microsoft Sql Server 2008 but its still showing the same above error.I Searched on internet but i am unable to get any appropriate solution, does any body have idea what may be the problem?

I also tried SQL server 2012 but it prompts an error:"Analysis services are invalid".

I am using Team Foundation server 2012.
OS: Windows Server 2008
Database: Sql server 2008/2012(tried on both)

Any help will be appreciated.
