Could anybody please explain in brief what is Metro Style UI for Windows 8 Phon app and Store app and how it works and how to design a windows phone app and store app by using this?

What is Metro UI?[^]

Please note that its being abandoned (kind of like Silverlight). The new term is just Windows Store app. Its simply a way of saying that the application runs full screen above the desktop and is installed through the store.
