auto update for subscription date

Actually i want to block expire apartment from my web application...i calculate expire date in home page load event it's working fine..but every day i need to open my website home page for this calculation right...so i need calculate and update expire date in database automatically how to do this process????

Create a job in SQL server 2008 to calculate the value and use that value in your application
