Periodically Application Pools recycling programatically

Hi,

I have a requirement where i have to periodically recycle selected application pool with given
time period. I achieved it but the problem is that i have used Microsoft.Web.Administration Dll
and used SeverManager it is executing perfectly in "Visual studio web developer Express" but i am unable to get properties and methods of SeverManager while i am using it in "Visual Studio 2010 Professional" can any one Help me in solving this.
