Why WSDoAllReceiver: security processing failed ?

Web service(.asmx) has wsse:header..UserNameToken..
So webservice client need to be add user name and password to request webservice (include header).
So Web service client added username and password..but got this error WSDoAllReceiver: security processing failed ..why? UserName and password is not match?..Please everybody explain me detail..
