gotomeeting api integration in our website

hi,

i have a requirement that integrate the gotomeeting in our website , run the gotomeeting and save the files into our server and play that files.

Please, can any explain the how to integrate the api in our website and how to create a meeting and record the meeting..

i dont have any experience on any api integration..
