How to start sql server 2012 form configuration manager ?

Hi when i connect sql server 2012 form using login and password with sql server authentication,it show error

When i see in configuration manager ,sql server is stopped,but i try to run it will show progress bar and finish it and i can see running symbol but after i refresh it again stopped,
Why it automatically stopped sql server ?

no,i am not understand what u send links,actually i will start sql server form configuration ,after refresh it will stopped why ? what problem

The links are for when you want to connect to a SQL server on another machine, you need to enable the networking for that SQL server first.

thank for u reply,i am not connect in same machine(sql server installed machine)pls read fully then reply.i am not ask how to connect sql from another machine,my problem is i cant connect in same machine i.e sql server installed machine,when i see in configuration manager sql server is stopped,i will try to stop other instance and start sql server but not work,why i am stop other instance bcz only 3 instace can run .
