How to add column to gridview dynamically

I created one report using Grid view.In my requirement is selecting some filters click submit button based on filters it's generated report and one more column will be added to the report(dynamically add the report)

Please share any idea to me.

If you want to add dynamic column to the gridview then it is simply possible with Template Field.
