There is way too much code to answer you in Quick Answers. I would suggest looking online for samples and then get started and let us know if you have specific issues.

the tables have been made and all the forms are complete just the problem is that how should generate the information given by the user in resume format ...just displaying a the information will not work for my teachers ..the information should be displayed in format of a resume in word document.

OK. Where are you stuck? If you have the tables then start displaying it in the appropriate sections.
