Checkbox list created dynamically in Asp.net

i have 3 levels of selection,in First leavel one Some Group s ,like Group1,Group2
one click on Group1 Exapand there Futures like s1,s2,s3 likethat after that ckick S1 Display one POPUP to the Futures of S1.

First leavel is Checkbox and second level is Checkboxlist with in the checkboxlist i am click one item popup will show of that futures.
Can You please any one give the Solution For that.

I don't think any one need to be master in English if they want to be programmer.
Mind well that English is not Primary language for all people.

ya but here their is no any proper meaning explore that actually what he wants to be do. So, i think they have to explain properly so other can understand clearly and give the ans with appropriate example.
