Signing Documents in Sharepoint

I have a document that has to be read by everybody in the organisation that I work for.This document is generated weekly. At present the document is printed and then passed physically from person to person and after reading the document each person signs this document. This is generating too much paper. Is there any way of passing the document in Sharepoint and is it possible for people to sign this document in Sharepoint after having read the document?

You could use an Approval Workflow. Although you can't physically sign it document would not be passed to the next approver without have been reviewed.

Have you seen DocRead for SharePoint it pretty much does what you need and also allows you to send *any* SharePoint document to any group or audience.
