Can anybody help me how to create a 3D Image Viewer in VB.NET, which rotate a image about X-,Y- and Z- axes.

You haven't specified what the problem is.

First of all you need to explain the 3D data type. What is it, some well-known standard, or you want to develop your own?
Also, the application type is important.
But if you specify all that, it could hardly be a matter of Quick Answer. There is nothing special which would possibly require expert advice, this is just a pretty big work...
