How to consume SAMl response(SSO) from Symantec o3 identity provider?

i would like to implement Single sign on feature for my application, Here my identity provider is Symantec o3, here i don't know how to receive the SAML response (i.e. assertion XML) from syamntec o3, here i am using asp.net 2.0 with vb.net, any one please advice to consume the SAML response from symatec o3.
Note: I have used

context.Request.Params("SamlResponse")

to receive the SAML response but it results empty..
