How to create a datatable in xsd at run time

Can anyone tell me how to generate datatable in xsd file at runtime.That datatable columns should be added at run time not fixed column names and datatypes through code,I have to give chance for user to decide on his column names and datatypes.These features I should provide to user for creating a datatable in xsd file.
