Clickonce File association: 32-Bit Outlook on 64-Bit machine

I have a C# windows app that is deployed using clickonce. On a 32-Bit machine with 32-Bit outlook, an attachment in outlook is correctly associated with my app. (Icon appears, and app launches when double clicked)

On a 64-Bit machine with 32-Bit Outlook this does not happen.

The files are properly associated in windows though.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this?
