is there any .DLL that I can download or there is something that I need to install . please help.

Yes, you should install crystal reports framework.

Probably first you should download Microsoft Web Installer Platform.
From here you can get it http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx[^]

From here you can get the required missing piece of software very easily. It will be useful to you to find other software and SDKs as well.

You can get the missing .DLL it from the SDK just check the version first.
