Vb.net - How to use ListView for this...

Hello, ehm I'm making a Virtual OS for some people on this website:
http://www.codenstuff.com/ and I was thinking it would be better if I would make listview so it would be much more like an OS, so I was thinking of these two things here:
If this item is double clicked then this form show
for example:
Webbrowser.exe -> frmWb.show
Notepad.exe -> frmNp.show
etc..
movable items?
like on Mac Linux Windows etc...
Would appreciate if you could help me atleast with the first one :)
