Hi.. i have a datarow array dr[] , i want to set it as a data source of
data grid view , when i doign so am getting blank rows..actually there have values in rows..

Post your code of how you used datarow[] as a datasource of girdview. There must be some mistake there... Check before databinding what is the value of the source? Whether the datarow values were assigned properly or not.
