S2S/Postback tracking to track mobile app installs

Our own developed ad server has only conversion tracking via IMG-tag right now.

But we cannot use that for tracking mobile app installs. We need to integrate a postback tracking now.

Can anybody assist us in doing that?

In other words... yes, there is people that can assist you doing it, but you will first need to make a question, at best a concrete question... then you will find people willing to help you.
