I am developing wpf app with sqlite database i want to deploy this application another machine can u guide me or send snippets

No, it would need any "snippet". A "snipped" would be some code. You can either create an installer or just send the content of your output directory (yes, this is a legitimate form of deployment, now even encouraged by Microsoft), but the sqlite installation is required from the user, or you can provide an installer, or embed it in your installer. (More recommended way is the prerequisites.)
