Need to hide popup window during processing of a word document

Hi
i am opening an word document to give header and footer.
There may not be any manual intervention during the process,
but for particulat type of document the application thrown popup
as show under
A table in this document has been corrupted. To recover the contents
of the table and Choose conver table to text from the table menu.
i want to hide popup during the process
can any body help to overcome the problem
