Could not get the fields list in PDF file

Hi all,
can any one help me.

I am using ItextSharp.dll to find all the input fields in the PDF file.
I could get the fields in the Normal PDF files but I could not able to get the fields from pdf version 1.7 and The Application designer: Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2.
Here other file Same version(1.7) returns fields, but the Application designer is different.
