[Not a question] problem in panel working two buttöns as default

Hello !
I have used modal popup extender set its popup panel id to the panel
In panel i have taken two buttons as submit and cancel from those i have set submit as default it works but problem is that when i use tab and focus on cancel button hit enter key it works as default means it shows message same as when i hit on submit button
