load all ini section on listbox

I have a Ini file like this -

MyFile.ini

[Google]
url=www.google.com
[Yahoo]
url=www.yahaoo.com
[Bing]
url=www.bing.com

I wanna load all Ini section to listbox1 like -
Google
Yahoo
Bing

how i can do this?

Read each item, if it is a name enclosed in [] then add it to the listbox.
