how to display image sin gridview from specific folder

In Run mode Gridview as follows

The above two images (Ramesh and Arun)are stored in D folder in my system.

I want the output as followsin gridview;

When user clicks the Ramesh in Gridview, i want to display the image in corresponding row in gridview.

for how can i do in asp.net using csharp.
