Read Files in .BIN

Hello. I have an ISO and a BIN file. Both have files inside of them :). I have figured out how to read the files in an ISO file but I can't figure out how to list all the files in a .BIN file. How do I achieve this?

So lets say I have a BIN and a CUE file. What kind of code should I use to read the CUE and then Read the BIN so that it lists the Files?
