filter listview itself or stop reload on listview fill

I fill listview from datatable

and i have checkbox for filtering

so when i click checkbox, datatable is filtered..and listview is filled..

when i fill listview again, by filtered datatable, page reloads..how to stop page reload and be at same position.

or can i use filter in listview directly to stop filling listview again
