I have to Get Text And Values Of a Chekboxlist From A table .

Based on Selected items i have to display the controls side by a checkbox item

To be honest, you probably don;t want a CheckBoxList at all: it is intended to allow multiple selections, where the way I read your comment:
"I'm having Five payment Modes based on the selection of payment modes i need to display the controls"
It sounds to me that you only want the controls displayed for the relevant mode (and working in two modes at the same time would normally be wrong).
So what you really want is a list, or possibly radio buttons, but I'd be tempted to use a tab page - there is one here : Tab control for ASP.NET Applications[^] or a better solution here: http://www.asp.net/ajaxlibrary/ajaxcontroltoolkitsamplesite/tabs/tabs.aspx[^]
