i want to print in asp.net web application

for exp.. itinerary printed ...

what should be printed (html,xml) and how to print (get windows print service to be list of printer )

Not clear with your Q. But I guess you are looking for a server side printing. For which you want to process an XML file and select a printer name and pass the Print. Correct me if am wrong.
