How Do I Open Selec Tbox By Clicking On A Anchor Tag In Jquery

what i want is that when i click on anchor tag then it should open a selectbox ...suppose if i click on anchor tag then it should open a selectbox and then if i again on anchor tag it should again open a selecbox.....basically if i click on anchor five times then it should open 5 selectboxes.....i am new to jquery ... can anyone please help me with the code...??
