How to load Flash site on mobile phones. ?

I have developed an animated flash website for my College fest, but I understand that it'll only be available only on desktops. Is there a way to load it on mobile phones ? OR, can I specifically load different webpages (flash for desktops and static for mobiles) using css media query or any other way ?? please please help
