where is application files of a vb.net windows application?

I have successfully published and installed a vb.net project. but after installation i can't see the application files anywhere on the C drive. Please help me to find those files.

Solution 1

Check under "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" - it should be installed there. Exactly where under there we can't say - you wrote the installation program, not us!

I did not write any installation program. i used Build-->Publish option.

And when you did, the first thing it did was bring up a dialog asking you where you wanted it put...

And if you didn't change anything, then the publication files went under your project, in a folder called "publish".
