How can I give browsing facility to user without uploading files and fetch the full filepath on client pc?

Hi, I'm trying to give facility to user to select files/folders from own PC through Browsing and I want to get the Full Filepath of the file/folder that is selected by the user in asp.net.
But i found that we can't fetch full filepath from browse button control.
Kindly give me another solution to achieve my goal.Thank u in advance.
