How to swith focus to a form if it is already opened in vb 2008 ?

When i click on a menu command which is meant to show a form, nothing happening. bcoz it is already opened. how to check whethere it is already opened and if already opened how to regain focus? Plz help.. thanks in advance.

The question is so confusing, especially "opened in VB 2008". OP is advised to learn some basics, like what is runtime and other parts of the cycle...
