I send this http request to a torrent tracker for getting peer details of a torrent file...but it's not showing the peer id's,ip's...!

The part 'peers0' seems to indicate that there are no peers. No peer: no ID, no IP.

but the complete and incomplete details showing there is seeds and leeches...then why its not showing peer details...?

You may have a look at the BitTorrent specification. It should tell you how the fields can be interpreted.
