You can use WMI and the classes in the System.Management namespace to get this. The name of the WMI class is Win32_Product. The WQL query would be something like "SELECT * FROM Win32_Product". Warning! It can take quite a while to run that query.

Google for "C# WMI query" for more information on how to execute a WMI query.


Also, you need Admin priviledges on the server to get its list of installed software.
