Can't install my VB.NET application. Please help!!!

I published my software from Visual Studio 2005 into a clickOnce setup. First, I istalled all the prerequisite applications in the client machine then when I run my software's setup. At the end of the setup there is an error saying:

"unable to install of run the application. The application requires that assembly ADODB version 7.0.3300.0 be installed
in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.

Please contact your system administrator.""

How do I fix this?

Please help!!!

install ADODB version 7.0.3300.0 in the GAC ? Click Once kind of sucks BTW.
